It is an idyllic family holiday destination within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the most outstanding views. Dogs are welcome and for those who want to venture out there are some great woodland walks within a short stroll. Exclusive coarse fishing available in the small Marlpit lake is only yards away.

- Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.
- There is a £250 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage,
- Pets are charged at £40 each and a maximum of 3 accepted.
- The first basket of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is free and then £7.50 per basket thereafter
- Bed linen provided.
- Towels and tea towels provided.
